PERPETUAL CARE
Perpetual care is general upkeep and maintenance of cemetery grounds. Regular perpetual care DOES NOT include maintenance to monuments or markers. For environmental reasons, the cemetery does not utilize an in-ground sprinkler system. Depending on natural rainfall, some recently dug grave sites may take up to 3-5 years to fully establish fully green turf. Periods of drought may complicate or delay this process.
Memorials brought into the cemetery are the responsibility of the memorial purchaser, family or next of kin. Cemetery is not responsible for damage to memorials. Depending on the quality and depth of concrete monument foundation work when first installed, over time some monuments may lean or fall over requiring a new foundation or re-setting to remain level. Markers may settle and become covered over with grass and may not be fully visible unless re-set. Contact Michael J. Morris, LLC to discuss your concern. 612-998-0077 (independent contractor).
